In the Payment method order step, select "Credit card".

We accept the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard

You enter your card details in the check-out. Our website has state-of-the-art security server software with SSL encryption that protects your card data against eavesdropping and manipulation during transmission. The system checks whether the credit card participates in the 3-D security programs "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard SecureCode". These security procedures have been developed specifically for these types of cards and check whether the legitimate cardholder and the legitimate online merchant actually participate in a transaction. If a credit card holder is registered with the 3-D Secure process using one of the registration methods, an additional query mask opens after entering the card data, which is linked to your bank and there, in addition, by entering the "Secure Code" (a password of your choice ) asks. The transaction is only carried out with the correct password. If your credit card is not registered for any of these procedures, payment will be made without further authentication.

Our bikes are shipped exclusively in our specifically developed YT BikeBox (dimensions: 132cm x 82cm x 32 cm, weight 7kg).

Our bikes are 95% assembled but are 100% set up for you. All you need to do, is install the handlebars, derailleur, wheels and pedals. Then set-up the suspension according to your weight/preference, and off you go! It's that easy!

If you should have any questions regarding setup, please contact the UK Team on: +441483617781 or via the contact form.

As soon as your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email to inform you of this, together with your final invoice.

Your bike will be shipped to the UK via TNT/FedEx. Once the order arrives in the UK, it is passed to a local courier Xpress24, who will contact you to coordinate a suitable delivery date/time.

If you have any questions regarding delivery, please contact our UK customer service team: +44 1483 319004 (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm).

In case you need to return a bike or a component to us, please contact Customer Service to organize the next steps. Please make sure you pack the bike properly to avoid any transport damage. The frame, brake rotors, derailleur and cassette must all be adequately protected.

Yes! We now offer Click and Collect at the UK Mill. See our Click and Collect FAQs for more information, or please contact UK Customer Service if you have any questions.

We calculate the estimated ship date starting with the latest information we have from our suppliers and assembly factory. Given the high degree of uncertainty in the bicycle industry supply chain at the moment, we recognize that our ship dates will not be as precise as we would like – the majority of bikes will in fact ship earlier than our estimate, but in some cases, the promise date could be missed due to unanticipated delays in component delivery. We pro-actively inform pre-order customers via e-mail with any changes to the estimated ship date as we receive new information.

Once you received your bike, you have to mount the handlebars, wheels, rear derailleur and pedals. Then your bike will be ready to ride, as everything has already been pre-assembled in our factory. You only need to adjust the saddle height to your leg length and the suspension to your weight and personal preference. For setup recommendations, please use our Suspension Setup Guide.

Please note: Our bikes ship with an EU brake setup (front brake, left hand), so the levers may require swapping before riding. SRAM brake levers are reversible and can be switched in minutes without removing hoses.

If you should have any questions about setup, please contact our UK Team on: +441483617781 or via the contact form.

From 2024, bikes are shipped with the YT Toolbox, which includes all the tools you need to assemble the bike (Allen key, torque wrench, shock pump, anti-slip paste, tyre pump).

Bikes no longer ship with plastic pedals, except for the DECOY. These pedals are not designed for challenging trails or racing.

We generally expect orders to arrive within 12 business days of payment being received and allocated.

Our bikes ship Euro brake setup (Front brake on the left), so you will need to swap the levers before riding if this is your preference.

But, good news! SRAM brakes have reversible levers, so it's easy to switch the brake orientation. Using a T25 Torx tool, loosen the lever clamp bolts, move the levers to their correct side, and position them accordingly. Ensure brake hoses and gear/dropper cables are not obstructed and tighten lever clamp bolts to their recommended torque.

Secure your gear before the holidays! All orders paid for by December 15th will be shipped before the holidays. While we can't promise delivery by Christmas, we guarantee your order will be on its way.
